With the AI connect module, you can add smart AI functionalities to your CRM. Whether text creation, summaries, tonality adjustment or translations - AI connect supports you in editing content efficiently and in a targeted manner. A special plus: In combination with Business Process Automation, for example, texts in your workflow are analyzed for defined keywords with the help of AI in order to dynamically select the appropriate process route.

Predefined prompts allow administrators to control instructions centrally and tailor them individually to user groups. This allows recurring tasks such as the pre-qualification of leads or the evaluation of service requests to be carried out quickly and consistently.

Seamless interaction with the Microsoft 365 Add-In

The CAS genesisWorld Microsoft 365 Add-In brings your CRM data directly into your e-mail program. In the Outlook sidebar, you always have the right file and therefore all the important information to hand. You can access central CAS genesisWorld functions directly from Outlook via the integrated action menu. This allows you to search for projects or people, transfer recipients or attach documents from the file directly to your e-mail.

You also benefit from cross-platform integration: E-mails can be archived in CAS genesisWorld with just a few clicks and assigned to a file - optionally also as a document, task or appointment. In addition, unknown e-mail addresses can be transferred directly to your CRM system as a new contact.

Smart supplemented with address completion

When creating new contacts, the intelligent address completion function takes the work out of creating new contacts: As of the third character you enter, any matching addresses for the selected country are automatically suggested. The list is updated in real time with each additional character entered according to the proven search-as-you-type principle. 

The integrated YellowMap AG service gives you up to five relevant suggestions to choose from. This not only saves you time when entering data, but also minimizes typing errors and ensures the quality of your address data.
