Requirements
The system requirements depend on how you want to use the
application. You have to include factors like the number of users
and intensity of use, the data volume, and so on. The following
section outlines the minimum requirements for a standard
installation with average operation.
Client
No special requirements are necessary with a standard personal
computer. Please note the system requirements for servers for single
user installations or laptop installations with replication.

Must support the protocols IMAP or POP3 according to the defined
standard.

The mail server must be multi-session enabled.

Must be able to run at least twenty open connections per user simultaneously.
Releases
We support the latest operating systems and their
predecessors. However, we cannot guarantee to support operating
systems that have just been launched. We may support older versions
if they are still widely used by our customers.
The same applies to all third-party software
that runs on our programs, especially databases,
Office
applications, browser or synchronization software.
We also support the latest
and predecessor versions of our products. We provide support, fix problems
and also implement any important requests.
