Your project with the CAS
Configurator Merlin
Working together with us
When implementing a configurator, we set up a project that is characterized by
experience gained over decades and the deployment of standard software.
Our success is your success
Agility, curiosity and thriving on challenges transforms each project to an
important milestone for us. It is therefore important for us to implement the
project accurately and successfully.
Project phases provide a clear structure
We customize our configurator to your needs and thereby ensure your success.
Once
you have contacted us initially, we will ask you to fill out a questionnaire
with which we will use to assess your requirements. We will then give a free
product presentation and make a first requirement analysis at your office. From
the data retrieved we create an approximate cost assessment for planning the
order for the detailed specification.
Meeting all requirements
If the order for the detailed specification is made, we will meet at your
premises for requirement workshops to discuss the following questions:
- Which products do you want to configure?
- How do you want to organize your data maintenance?
- Which existing systems do you want to connect?
- How can you implement your requirements with CAS Configurator Merlin?
You will receive a detailed quote based on the detailed specification.
We will then implement the project together. We have an iterative approach
and will deliver the first prototypes at an early stage. This will give you a
chance to influence the further development of your configurator.
Training and support included
After the solution is delivered, we will train your employees and offer
ongoing support. During the maintenance and support phase, you can call the
hotline to make change requests, report errors and receive answers regarding
functionality.
How much does the configurator costs?
Each configuration system is different. The cost for a configurator is
therefore calculated depending on your requirements.

and problem analysis.
